    Orders:

    Unfortunately, all orders that have been shipped cannot be cancelled.

    If you notice a mistake in your shipping address after completing your order, please get in touch at hello@charlesmillen.com and tell us your order number and full address ASAP.
    Orders move through our systems quickly to allow us to dispatch them as soon as possible, so we can’t guarantee that we can edit an order once it has been placed (even if it hasn't yet left our warehouse). However, we will do our best to assist you.

    Our goal is to process and dispatch orders promptly within the same or next day, which means your order may have already been packaged and sent out. Therefore, we suggest checking your order carefully on the checkout page prior to completing it. Nonetheless, if you need to make any changes, please contact us at hello@charlesmillen.com, and we will do our utmost to assist you.

    Discounts cannot be stacked. Only one discount code can be applied per transaction.

    Shipping & Delivery:

    Currently, we only process orders that ship within Singapore.

    If you are residing overseas and wish to make a purchase, you can contact us for:

    • a quote on shipping to your destination;
    • an arrangement for your courier to pick up the shipment

    Once the arrangement has been made, you would be able to make payment and we will process the order accordingly and keep you posted every step of the way.

    There are three options to receive your purchase:

    1. Standard Delivery (your purchase will be delivered to you within 7 working days),
    2. Express Delivery (your purchase will be delivered to you within 1-2 working days) and,
    3. Self Pick-up option (self pick-up is free and available for any order value within Singapore)

    Delivery times will vary depending on the chosen shipping method.

    • For standard delivery, you can expect your purchase to be delivered to you within 7 working days
    • For express delivery, you can expect your purchase to be delivered to you between 1 and 2 working days.

    Yes, free standard delivery is available within Singapore for order value of $150 and above. A flat standard delivery fee of $10 is chargeable for order value of less than $150.

    No, free delivery does not apply in this instance. For express delivery, a flat delivery fee of $40 is chargeable.

    Yes, free local (within Singapore) self pick-up is available for any order value.

    We will contact you within 2 working days of order completion to schedule a pick-up appointment. All self pick-ups have to be completed within 1 month from the date the order was made, after which, no refund or store credit will be given.

    Self pick-ups are available Mondays to Fridays (10am to 530pm) and Saturdays (10am to 12pm). Sundays and public holidays are excluded.

    Self pick-ups will be at our office: 30 Toh Guan Road, #06-02, ESR Building, Singapore 608840.

    If you return items from a purchase, points earned for those returned items will be deducted accordingly from your account.

    Returns & Refunds

    we only accept returns that meet the following conditions:

    • The item arrived defective or damaged
    • A return request is sent to us within 14 days of receiving the order
    • Items are in their original condition; unused and unwashed, with hangtags still securely fastened, and in their original packaging

    Here’s how the return process goes:

    1. Take photos or a video of the defective product
    2. Send it to hello@charlesmillen.com with the subject line “RETURN REQUEST: ORDER [#Order no.]” and provide as much detail as possible
    3. Our team will then assess the defectiveness of the product and follow up with any questions if necessary
    4. If the return is approved, you will be informed about the packing instructions for the defective purchase.
    5. We will send you a new replacement

    We provide refunds in two ways:

    1. Store credits
    2. Cash refunds

    While we always strive to offer a replacement for any defective or damaged items, in the rare event that we are unable to do so, we will provide a cash refund.

    Refunds will be processed within 5 working days. In the event of a cash refund, it may take up to 5-10 working days for your credit card company to reflect the refund.

    Please note that store credits will be valid for a year from the date of refund.
